Product Description
Globe valves actuators for heavy duty extremely hight temperature (up to 350°C) or extremely low temperature (below -20°C) application in air conditioning systems and industrial processes. MVH is available in several different models with force from 700 N up 3000 N with and without spring fail-safe mechanism. It is designed for direct coupling with the complete range of Controlli Flanged valves 2F/3F with U-Bolt connection.

MVH actuators are equipped with an analogic control board available in 3 different control types: 3 point floating, 165 Ohm proportional potentiometric (pot.) and proportional (d.c. voltage or current). MVH is available for 24Vac and 230Vac power supply with 1500 N force without spring based fail-safe mechanism and with 700 N with spring based fail-safe mechanism.

MVH3K actuators are equipped with a digital electronic board driving a modern brush-less DC motor. Floating control and proportional control (voltage and current) are field selectable with dipswitch. The modern electronic board toghether with the high performance motor allow to achieve 1500 N performance with a 500 steps resolution over the complete valve stroke from 9 mm to 50 mm. MVH is available for 24Vac/dc power supply only without fail-safe mechanism.
MVH56FC
MVH56FA/C actuator with fail safe function with mechanical spring able to deliver 700 N close-off force. Digital control board allows proportional & floating control and a very high control resolution (500 steps over the full travel). Model with fail safe position fully extended MVH56FC.
